Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage for insurance purposes.
