Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required. We support guest checkout — simply enter your email and shipping address at checkout. However, creating an account lets you view your order history, track shipments, and save shipping addresses for faster future orders.
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?
Use our BMW Part Finder to filter by model, year, and engine. You can also search by part name, SKU number, or VIN. Each product page lists compatible vehicle models. If you're unsure, contact our team — we'll help you confirm fitment.
What condition are the parts in?
Each product listing shows its condition: New (OEM or aftermarket, unused), Used (tested, functional, clearly labeled), or Refurbished (inspected and restored to working condition). We never misrepresent part condition.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at our contact page. If your payment has not yet been verified, we can modify or cancel your order. Once payment is confirmed and the order moves to processing, cancellation may not be possible. We process orders quickly after verification.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, PayPal (Friends & Family), Cash App, and Apple Pay. Payment method availability is controlled by our team — active methods are shown with a green indicator during checkout. Credit card processing is not currently available.
Why do I need to upload payment proof?
We use a manual payment verification process for security and accuracy. After you place your order and send payment, you upload a screenshot or receipt as confirmation. Our team reviews it and confirms — this personal verification protects both you and us. It typically takes 1–4 hours to verify.
How long does payment verification take?
Verification typically takes 1–4 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–8PM EST). For PayPal, bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the processing time. Once confirmed, you'll receive an update and your order moves immediately to preparation.
Is it safe to send payment before receiving my parts?
Yes. We have been operating since 2019 with hundreds of satisfied customers across 50+ countries. Our manual verification process adds an extra layer of accountability. Every order is tracked, every customer receives shipping confirmation with a tracking number, and our return policy covers you if there's an issue.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 50+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Our team personally arranges every shipment and will provide you with full carrier and tracking details upon dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about your specific country.
How long does shipping take?
After payment verification, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery ranges from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, our team will personally provide you with the tracking number and carrier name. You can use our Order Tracking page to follow the progress of your order. You can also reach out to us directly on Facebook for real-time updates. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact us.
Are there import duties or customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees imposed by your country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. We accurately declare the value and contents of all shipments.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused parts in original condition. Used or refurbished parts are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if my part arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We take responsibility for shipping damage and incorrect orders seriously — this will be resolved quickly to your satisfaction.
